New Zealand Ear Defenders Squad
The NZ Ear Defenders Squad was founded by Chessie Egan (our Audiologist, Owner of eHearing). She wanted to ensure that hearing protection was also part of the solution that was offered and has dedicated much of her time to bringing awareness to the cause. Hearing protection can reduce the harmful effects of noise exposure that some may not be able to escape within their workforce and vocation. Being protected does not have to be uncomfortable or impractical. It can be fun, dynamic and full of personalisation and incorporate your flair into the custom solutions.

The custom moulded ear plugs have an international rating for noise protection and can be fitted with communication drivers into them. We have Bluetooth wireless drivers that can be fitted in the ear moulds as well as wired drivers to plug into a 3.5mm jack – perfect for radio transmitters.

We proudly supply the City Rail Link (CRL) project with hearing protection, as well as many companies and factories that are concerned about loud noise exposure to their staff.

The standard custom moulded plugs are also useful for people who swim, surf or are prone to ear infections. Children with grommets or ear infections have also been referred to us by ENT Surgeons.

We also offer high-end active shooting plugs for those that are involved with shooting or hunting.
